Colour theory and the Colour Wheel, explanation of terms related to colour theory and demonstration of the colour wheel. The Aims of Colour Analysis, An explanation of the aims of colour analysis. Colour Analysis Groupings, The 8 colour analysis groupings and their characteristics. Colour Draping, Draping to ascertain colour groupings and demonstration of the difference between colour that suit and those that don't. Using Your Colour Swatch, Demonstration of the layout and use of the colour swatch. Understanding Contrast and Combining Colours, Explain the use of contrast to create an illusionary tool using illustrations and drapes. Makeup and Accessory colours, Explain the relationship between the colour swatch and palette and the choice of makeup colours and accessories using makeup and illustrations

Participants may purchase their individual colour swatch palette and accompanying notes for $65 from the tutor.
